Unlike most travel advisors, I only design itineraries based on places I have personally experienced and where I have vetted destinations, hotels, restaurants and attractions myself. And as a certified luxury travel advisor with Fora, I can get you perks and upgrades at preferred partner hotels (at no additional cost to you!).

The Service: a 30-minute travel consultation via phone or video call to discuss your trip, including:

Destinations, logistics and experiences;

Recommendations for hotels and restaurants;
Expert tips and hidden gems.

Following the consultation, you’ll receive:

A draft itinerary tailored to your preferences;
A Google map with personalized tips;
Transportation recommendations for private drivers and car rentals, or public transport (trains, ferries, flights);
Contact details for trusted local guides.

The Fee: $250 per week of travel, payable via Paypal or Zelle.

Planning Fee: $250 per week of travel.

Why do I charge a Planning Fee? Unlike most travel advisors, I don’t limit myself to only working with luxury clients. I want to help anyone plan a trip to Italy, no matter their budget.

To be compensated fairly for my time and expertise when commissions aren’t available, I charge a one-time planning fee. This allows me to provide completely unbiased recommendations across all price points, from affordable family-run hotels to luxury properties.

My service includes unlimited email support throughout the process, saving you time and stress while ensuring you have the best trip possible.
